The N8838A external mixer assistant software enables the M1971E waveguide harmonic mixer to operate as a seamless millimeter wave front end to down convert 55/60 to 90 GHz signals to the scope for analysis with the 89600 VSA software. The simple user interface paired with the 10-bit ADC of the Infiniium S-Series oscilloscope allows for high-quality measurements for wideband signals (5G, 802.11ad, automotive radar, etc.).
