The GS-9200 MCPA Test System allows manufacturers to quickly ramp up multi-carrier power amplifier (MCPA) production, increasing manufacturing product yields while reducing overall cost of test. The GS-9200 includes everything necessary to support production testing:

The GS-9200 test system capability, accuracy and reliability are based upon Keysight's test technology for systems and instruments. Instruments include the E4438C signal source with W-CDMA, cdmaOne and GSM radio formats. Improved ACLR measurement range is provided by the combined E4438C signal source, E4445A spectrum analyzer, and N4256A amplifier-distortion test set (ADTS). Other instruments include the E8356A RF vector network, E4417A power meter, and 6674A or 6692A DC-power supply for MCPA power.

GS-9200 software runs on Windows® 2000 and includes a graphical user interface that test operators find easy to use. With the Keysight TestExec SL test-executive software, test engineers can develop MCPA test plans that include test sequencing and new tests and functions. Test data can be exported to a database for analysis.
