Lisa Poole is vice president, principal accounting officer, and corporate controller of Keysight Technologies. She is responsible for the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Since joining Keysight in 2014, Lisa has held several senior management roles in Keysight’s corporate finance organization. Most recently, Lisa served as vice president and assistant corporate controller. Other earlier roles include senior director for Keysight’s global financial reporting and compliance organization and director of external financial reporting. Before joining Keysight, Lisa had over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Lisa is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
