Keysight’s Customer Sustainability Engagement Program
The latest climate science indicates that the world must dramatically curb global temperature increases to avoid the worst impacts of climate change. We all must do our part to reduce global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Through the 2015 Paris Agreement, world governments committed to restricting the rise in global temperatures to well below 2 °C, with efforts to cap the increase at 1.5 °C. In 2018, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warned that exceeding a 1.5 °C increase would have severe climate impacts. To avoid catastrophe, GHG emissions must roughly halve by 2030 — and reach net zero by 2050.
