Steve Yoon
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Steve Yoon is the senior vice president of Global Sales at Keysight Technologies, responsible for driving order growth, expanding market share, and developing high-performing sales teams worldwide. Steve leads the company’s customer-centric go-to-market strategy and capturing value for Keysight across diverse end markets.
Prior to this role, Steve led the Americas Sales Organization (ASO) — Keysight’s largest region — where his focus on value selling and data-driven sales methodologies helped the organization exceed $2 billion in orders over the past three years. He has led his teams to consistently surpass sales targets, close complex deals, and drive above-market performance.
Steve began his career in 1989 at HP's Greeley Storage Division in Colorado. Throughout his more than 35-year tenure at HP, Agilent, and Keysight, he has held various roles in sales, business development, and product management, working closely with customers in the semiconductor, wireless, cloud / data center and aerospace and defense industries.
Steve has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating strong relationships both within the company and with external partmers and customers.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
