M9156C PXI Hybrid Coaxial Switch Firmware Update
- Open command prompt.
- Point to the directory of the firmware files (.exe) where it located. The firmware files name format is “M9156_A_00_01.exe”.
- Then type in the command, example: M9156_A_00_01 PXI23::12::0::INSTR. The module’s VISA address can be obtained from Keysight Connection Expert or Soft Front Panel.
- Restart the instrument after the firmware upgrade is completed.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
