This upgrade is for existing Windows 7 based Infiniium real-time oscilloscopes, and applies to S-Series, V-Series, Z-Series, 9000A Series and 90000-X Series families. The 90000A is not compatible with Windows 10; contact Keysight for more information
The operating system upgrade can be done by the end user
The upgrade kit include USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation bits, Windows 10 Certificate of Authenticity sticker to put on rear of scope and instructions for installation
For users with Windows XP, it is required to upgrade to Windows 7 first using N2753A
