Keysight x1149 Software release 2.3.0.37 Release Notes
Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the latest software release 2.3.0.37 for x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer. This release comes with new features and tools added to enhance your experience in the development, debug, and production execution of tests in line with IEEE 1149.1-2013 and IEEE 1149.6-2015 Standards for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) with Boundary Scan devices. The objective is to have the flexible cost while achieving the best Boundary Scan coverage at all levels of your product life cycle while enhancing performance and memory usage with the new release of 64-bit Windows application.

SPI Flash
- Keysight x1149 now supports flash programming for Quad Serial Peripheral Interface devices.
CAD
IPC2581B
- Keysight x1149 now supports CAD data conversion for CAD IPC2581B format.
Multi
Controller x4
- Keysight x1149 2.3.0.37 release supports up to four (4) multi-controllers for parallel testing.
BSCAN
Support on Multi-Die
- Keysight x1149 2.3.0.37 now features capability to perform boundary scan testing for multi-die devices.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
