E4916A Crystal Impedance Meter / LCR Meter Firmware Update
Caution: Please contact to near Keysight service center if it is required to upgrade FW of E4915A/E4916A. Do not operate these steps yourself.
Download Instructions for Firmware
- Click on the " E4915A/E4916A Firmware Revision X.XX" listed below the page. Copy the file( .m ) to a floppy disk.
- Setup the PC environment which is used for adjustment and peformance tests of E4915A/E4916A. See Adjustment and Performance tests chapter in E4915A/E4916A Service Manual
- Connect the E4915A/E4916A to the PC through the GPIB cable.
- Start the Adjustment/Performance Test Program.
- Select "INSTALL_FW" in the list box on the program display, then click "OK".
- Follow the instruction of the program.
