The Keysight ADS Electro-Thermal Analysis Solution provides accurate, temperature aware IC simulation results by using device temperatures that take into account thermal coupling, and thermal characteristics of the package. Additionally, Keysight ADS provides a Floorplanner layout-only thermal simulator, which allows designers to extract a 3D temperature profile of any layout, without the need for a schematic.
