Niels Faché
Niels Faché
Vice President & General Manager
Niels Faché is responsible for Keysight’s design and simulation portfolio. In his most recent positions, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Remarketing Solutions Division and then the Keysight Services Portfolio Organization, both part of Keysight’s Global Services Organization (KGSO). Niels joined Hewlett Packard in 1994, when HP acquired Alphabit, a start-up software company in Belgium. He was co-founder and CEO of Alphabit, which developed the electromagnetic simulator Momentum - now part of the Advanced Design System (ADS). During his career, Niels has since held a variety of R&D, marketing, product planning and general management positions at HP, Agilent and Keysight in Electronic Design Automation, Test and Measurement Product Lines and Services. His roles have often involved leveraging technology and talented teams to transform and grow organizations into front-runners. He is based in Santa Clara, California. Niels holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering, both from the University of Ghent, Belgium, where he also served as a part-time professor from 1995 to 1997. He has a business degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, and has completed coursework at the Stanford Center for Professional Development.
Luciana Taylor
Sales Development, Sr. Manager
Luciana Taylor is the Senior Director of Sales Development in the Keysight EDA Software Solutions organization at Keysight Technologies. Luciana is based out of Keysight’s headquarters located in Santa Rosa, California, and leads the global team responsible for customer success through Keysight’s software solutions.
Luciana has held multiple management positions over 20 years in custom logic analyzers and oscilloscopes, worldwide sales for microwave communication products, and most recently as the Senior Director of Americas Field Marketing at Keysight. Originally from Brazil, Luciana holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado, in Colorado Springs. She is happily married to her best friend, Eric Taylor and is a proud soccer mom of their two bright and talented children.

Nilesh Kamdar
Business Director, Sr. Manager
Nilesh Kamdar is Senior Director and Portfolio Manager for the RF/Microwave, Power Electronics & Device Modeling EDA businesses at Keysight.
Most recently, Nilesh led the Software Business & Operations team at Keysight and focused on software business model transformation and license entitlement technologies for the company. Nilesh joined Hewlett-Packard in 1999 as a post-sales technical support engineer in the EEsof EDA division. Over his 22+ year career, he worked in various leadership roles including leading the Learning Products team, Circuit Simulation and Architecture team, Application Engineering team and Customer Success team.
Nilesh believes in providing compelling value to customers and ensuring customer success. Over his career, Nilesh has a strong track record of providing such value either through breakthrough simulation products, application content, or training. Nilesh holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, India. He is based in Santa Clara, California.
Chris Mueth
New Markets, Sr. Manager
Chris Mueth is the Director of New Markets Management for the Keysight EDA Software Solutions business. He leads the new market exploration, strategy development, and market entry efforts for this highly successful design and engineering software business. Chris brings a proven track record of managing research and development, applications, and sales organizations before joining Keysight Technologies. He is also an accomplished research and development engineer having developed hundreds of products for the wireless, aerospace and defense industries as well as the computer industry while working as an ATE test engineer.
Since joining Keysight in 2000, Chris has held leadership roles in product marketing, planning, and world-wide business and sales development. He holds a BSEE degree from California State University Northridge, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and has completed advanced courses from George Washington University. Chris is based in Keysight’s Calabasas, California site and enjoys traveling with his wife in his spare time.

Partnerships and Corporate Development, Sr. Manager
Corey Mathis is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development for Keysight EDA Software Solutions. With the goal of creating more complete workflows for Keysight’s diverse customer base, Corey leads a team that is responsible for building and managing a partner ecosystem for Keysight’s portfolio of design and simulation products, as well as developing inorganic growth opportunities for Keysight’s software business.
Corey has been part of Keysight for 12 years, where he has held positions in applications engineering, field sales, and sales management. Corey has a BSEE from Union College, and an MBA from Boston University. Corey is located just outside Boston, MA, where he resides with his wife and two energetic children.
Scott Elliott
Business Director, Senior Manager
Scott Elliott currently leads the R&D portfolio for Keysight EDA Design & Test solutions. These software products and services help Keysight’s customers on their journey to Digital Transformation of design and development processes by connecting physical products and systems with their Digital Twins.
Scott has a long history with Keysight and its predecessors. He originally joined HP in Santa Rosa in 1976 as a test application engineer for GaAs devices and circuits in the Microwave Technology Center. He advanced through roles as R&D Project Manager, R&D Section Manager (SAW, mmWave and lightwave devices), and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. He managed the design and construction of the 3" GaAs Fab and ran it as Operations Manager for 8 years.
Scott moved to Europe to work directly with customers as a Test Process Consultant at the HP Amsterdam Marketing Center. He helped many HP customers improve their manufacturing workflows. He returned to Santa Rosa in the capacity of Global Consulting Leader - hiring 20 more TPCs around the world and taking on the Customer Education business and internal AE training.
When Agilient spun out of HP, Scott moved with his group of consultants to HP Consulting where they became the Supply Chain Consulting practice. Next, he started his own technology management firm called TechZecs LLC. In 2014, he began working with Keysight again as a contractor helping to define and manage the Keysight Open-Source Inside program. He rejoined Keysight’s Global Services Organization where he worked in the Services Portfolio Organization to structure the group and manage a program office - training, mentoring, and developing standards for the Program and Project Managers.
Scott received his PhD EE from UC Santa Barbara and BS and MSEE degrees from UC Berkeley.
