Highlights
Model Quality Assurance (MQA) 2019 includes the following new features and major enhancements:
- New post-processing feature to generate the customized plots and tables with Python script
- New mdm data filter
- Overlay two devices of different polarity into one scatter plot or Pelgrom Plot
- Support for the latest FineSim and AFS simulator version

Introducing MQA 2019
MQA 2019 introduces the new post-processing feature and the mdm data filter to further ensure model quality in a more flexible and efficient way.
New post-processing feature to generate the customized plots and tables with Python script
- A new Python library “PyMQA”, which provides a set of classes (MqaResult, MqaTarget, PlotBuilder, etc.), is introduced to access existing MQA results and generate new plots and tables
- Enables you to merge the results generated by different rules/projects
- No additional simulation is needed
- Easy to learn and use

New mdm data filter
The new mdm data filter is designed to select and export mdm data files (generated by WaferPro or WaferPro Express) base on the query conditions.

Other Enhancements
- Enables MOSRA model accuracy check with HSPICE, by overlaying aging data
- When creating a model QA or measurement data QA project, MQA 2019 enables you to load all the data under the current folder and its subdirectories by choosing the option “All Sub Folders”
- Supports the latest FineSim 2017
- Supports the latest Analog FastSPICE (AFS) 2018
- Updated the document for the Constant Template in the Lib Explorer
