B2980 VBA sample program with GUI contains the following sample programs.

  • Charge measurement
    VBA sample program for B2985A/85B/87A/87B electrometers to measure charge periodically.
  • Resistance measurement  ( 21 V range)
    VBA sample program for  B2985A/85B/87A/87B electrometers to measure high resistance by sweeping the bias from -21 V to +21 V.

  • Resistance measurement (1000 V range)
    VBA sample program for  B2985A/85B/87A/87B to measure high resistance by sweeping the bias from -1050 V to +1050 V.
  • Resistance measurement with SMU and ammeter
    VBA sample program for B2981A/83A/85A/87A picoammeters/electrometers to measure high resistance by forcing voltage with B2901A/01B/02A/02B/11A/11B/12A/12B/01BL/10BL SMU or B2961A/62A/61B/62B Power Source. 
  • Resistivity measurement
    VBA sample program for  B2985A/85B/87A/87B electrometers/high resistance meters to measure volume and surface resistivity of insulating materials by using the N1424A/B/C Resistivity Cell.
