Steps to win cash prizes
- Read the competition overview description, then open the SDC8 - Switched Acoustic Filter Module to examine the design specifications and follow the rules.
- Many universities already have access to Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) software. You can also obtain a student license by checking the Resources section of the SDC8 contest instructions. Download ADS software, create your design, and run simulations. Then request your components and build your module.
- Submit your entry form and register to attend IMS in Washington, D.C.

Find out if your design measures up with Keysight instruments
You will use Keysight’s test and measurement equipment on-site at IMS to evaluate how your designs perform in the real world. Keysight has provided the instrumentation for the IMS student design contest for 20 years. Here’s your chance to get hands-on experience with our industry-leading gear.
University support programs
The best way for engineering students to prepare for the real world is by building skills that will be in demand wherever their talent and interests lead. That is one of the many reasons Keysight EDA's University Education Support Program has assisted universities worldwide for over 25 years with programs that make our software easy to integrate into engineering studies.
